Live Music with Jamie Williams and The Root Collective - Saturday 24th June from 7.45pm (Doors from 6.30pm)

After hundreds of shows Jamie Williams & The Root Collective are now on fire, playing their own style of Roots, Blues and Americana at festivals and venues across the country including a couple of rapturous nights at London's legendary 100 Club. Their ethos is always to have fun and make sure the crowd does too. This is not a band that stands onstage, staring at their (red) shoes!

They've share line-ups with likes of Wilko Jackson, The Blockheads, The Darkness, The Pretty Things, The Quireboys, Dr. Feelgood, The Yardbirds, Eddi Reader & The Animals to name but a few.

Jamie is a prolific writer of accessible songs; songs good enough to hold their own in a solo acoustic setting, which really light up when the band add their own brand of energy and musicmanship to the arrangements. They are like the classic touring bands of the 70's: almost a travelling circus; a dysfunctional family of a band. They're tight without being boringly slick: leaving just enough rough edges to become one of the most exciting and fun 'originals' live bands on the circuit today.

Doors open from 6.30pm. Reservations will be held until 8.30pm and then released to walk ins. Please refer to terms and conditions for full details.
